Once the creative direction is finalized, we deliver a detailed storyboard featuring high quality visual designs of the drone formations. This document allows you to preview each scene in the sky, review transitions, colors, and understand the meaning behind each formation.

Next, we provide a real-time 3D simulation video so you can visualize the upcoming show. After approval, we meticulously program each drone’s flight path to bring the animation to life.

In addition to the drones themselves, we supply all essential equipment to the show site – including ground control stations and high-efficiency charging systems.

All equipment is securely packed in custom designed cases for efficient and safe transportation to your event location, ensuring smooth logistics throughout the process.

Hitek handles every aspect of planning and executing the drone show – from pre-event coordination to onsite management. Our team includes licensed pilots, technical operators, project managers, and drone show specialists to ensure a flawless experience.

Before the main event, we conduct a rehearsal flight to double-check every detail and give you a preview of the show you’ve helped create.
